At RoseLine, we use the best that technology has to offer backed up with a basis of understanding and knowledge rooted in book keeping techniques for business that have withstood the test of time. However, we understand that not everyone works the same way, or has the same level of comfort using technology for transmission of information, storage of data and communication.
RoseLine is pleased to be flexible and work how you work best; potential clients will have the following three options to pick and choose how they would like RoseLine to use technology to create their own unique book keeping relationship according to the client's comfort level:
- SILVER: Bookkeeping support for non-technical clients
- Client is responsible for delivering by mail copies of all statements, receipts and any necessary related documents to RoseLine, including notes to help RoseLine's understanding of your documents. RoseLine collects those statements, receipts and documents, will enter the appropriate figures into QuickBooks and will generate reports that will be shipped back to client.

- GOLD: Bookkeeping support for mid-level computer fluency clients
- Client is responsible for faxing and/or emailing copies of all statements, receipts and any necessary related documents to RoseLine, including notes to help RoseLine's understanding of your documents. RoseLine collects those statements, receipts and documents, will enter the appropriate figures into QuickBooks and will generate reports that will be faxed and/or emailed back to client.
- PLATINUM: Bookkeeping support for computer intensive clients
- Client is responsible for providing online account information including (but not limited to) usernames, passwords, social security numbers and/or tax identification numbers (EIN numbers), account numbers, pin numbers, and other sensitive account information that is necessary for RoseLine to have complete access to clients online accounts. RoseLine is responsible for managing those accounts, including such common tasks as paying bills and generating and delivering electronic reports.
